An out-of-shape, out-of-touch Britney Spears delivered what was destined to be the most talked about performance of the MTV Video Music Awards — but for all the wrong reasons. Kicking off the show Sunday night with her new single, “Gimme More,” Spears looked bleary and unprepared — much like her recent tabloid exploits on the streets of Los Angeles.
She lazily walked through her dance moves with little enthusiasm. It appeared she had forgotten the entire art of lip-synching; and, perhaps most unforgivable given her once taut frame, she looked embarrassingly out of shape.
Even the celebrity-studded audience seemed bewildered. 50 Cent looked at Spears with a confused expression; Diddy, her new best friend, was expressionless.

omg. i knew she would fall flat on her face at some point (just an expression). i honestly never really liked her. and what shes doing with her children is just rediculous. i hope federline wins costdity over the boys. ( yn )

I think everyone is being ridiculous by calling britney “out of shape” I only WISH i looked like her after having 1 kid, let alone 2! Its not like it was Elizabeth Taylor in fishnets and a 2-piece outfit up there. Jeez!

I have to second that.. ’sloppy cellulite’ ??? are you mad? if she has cellulite, i’m never going out in a bikini again, let alone shorts or a skirt.. So what her ass isn’t the size of a 10 year olds anymore.. and yes critics seem to be missing the fact SHES HAD CHILDREN!!
Dont get me wrong, I am not a fan of Britney Spears, I think she’s a joke.. but.. calling her fat and out of shape.. is just making the point that women are having too much pressure on them to look like their thin and dying..

WHAT A JOKE SHE HAS BECOME! HER ” COMEBACK PERFORMANCE” WAS HYSTERICALLY EMBARRASSING, BEING THAT SHE SEEMED TO NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO AT ANY ONE TIME. DID SHE EVEN PRACTICE?
