Amanda Beard Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition

Swimmer Amanda Beard may have made a name for herself in the water, but she’s magnified her fame by modeling in bikinis, culminating with an appearance in the godfather of swimwear publications, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.

Amanda has been featured in other magazines as well, appearing in both Maxim and FHM. She graced the cover of the latter in September 2004, shortly after the Sydney Olympics where she won both a silver and gold medal.

Her magazine modeling work doesn’t stop there, though, as Amanda is set to appear on the cover of the July 2007 issue of Playboy.
