Here are the results for the Celebrity Hack comment contest that ended Sunday evening, February 18, 2007.
First, the runner up…
This comment was a favorite to take it all by the Celebrity Hack staff, and two out of three judges loved it as well. However, a third judge thought it was terrible and gave it the lowest rating possible, basically knocking it out of contention.
So, the first runner up comment was from Kevin Federline Corners Justin Timberlake, Justin Runs for the Border in which Britney’s two exes combine superpowers all so briefly:

Oh well, bad luck jemappellekanel, because the consolation prize consists only of our condolences.
And now for the big winner… Call it the power of breaking news, or simply the shock of seeing Britney Spears bald, but the winning comment was chosen from a post released just one day before the end of the contest. From the post Britney Spears Shaves Her Head Bald, the judges said the winning comment came from brusselsprouts:
