Brad Pitt to play He-Man, Skeletor to play himself?With every 1980s action figure getting face time on the silver screen these days, you knew it was only a matter of time until somebody summoned the power of Grayskull and brought He-Man to your local theater. The new movie is going to be a live action version, and Brad Pitt is the leading candidate to play the part of He-Man, the “Most Powerful Man in the Universe.” Before you laugh, though, read on.
A source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “They are very keen on Brad for the role. He will have to bulk up though – he is very fit but not to ‘He-Man’ proportions.”
Yeah, so He-Man probably wasn’t 5'11", 180 pounds. Brad needs to hit the gym in order to kick Skeletor’s ass, because we all need less of that greaseball Marc Anthony in our lives.
