Busta Rhymes got jacked by a five-ohBusta Rhymes added to his legal troubles early this morning by getting pulled over because his tint was too dark, and ended up rapped for driving while intoxicated. Rhymes (aka Trevor Smith) goes on trial next week on assault charges, which makes this an especially unwelcome twist.
When cops encountered Rhymes, they noticed a “strong odor of alcohol” on his breath and issued a field sobriety test. He was then taken into custody on a charge of driving while impaired and booked at the Midtown North Police Precinct.
Man, this type of profiling is wrong, and it has got to stop. The ACLU calls it DWBFUBAR, or “driving while black and fucked up beyond all recognition.” Can’t a brother get a break?
