Anna Nicole Smith died from an accidental overdose of a powerful sedative that became lethal when mixed with nine other prescription drugs found in her system, according to a coroner’s report released this morning.

The medical examiner’s investigation also found that “contributory causes” in Smith’s death were a viral flu and an abscess that had developed on her buttock as a result of injections.
While Howard K. Stern is now in the clear, it’s also become abundantly clear to the owner of the house Anna occupied in the Bahamas that Stern isn’t Dannielynn’s father. It’s so clear, in fact, that he’s kicking Howard to the curb. G. Ben Thompson bought the Horizons house in Smith’s name based on the promise that Anna would eventually buy it, but she never did.
We did this only after we found out that the courts directed that Howard K. Stern and the other parties seeking paternity take a DNA test. We know that Howard K. Stern cannot pass that test in any way that would suggest he is the father of that particular child,” Thompson’s attorney, Godfrey Pinder told Access Hollywood.
It’s lucky Howard is off the hook for Anna’s death, or his final money-grubbing stunt would have been a special episode of Trading Spaces, where his every reaction is tracked as he leaves the Bahamian mansion behind for the 12 by 17 concrete cell lovingly decorated by his new cell mate Tyree. I’d pay a dollar to see that, no doubt.
