Just when you thought the controversy over Antonella Barba and her semi naked pictures would die down, this shizzle gets taken to a whole new level. Bon Jovi’s favorite example of a Jersey girl living on a prayer (and a wet t-shirt rack) has gone straight off the web and into mainstream media gossip channels.
On The View today, Rosie “Insert Foot in Mouth” O’Donnell weighed in heavily on the matter. Rosie pointed out that Idol canned former contestant Frenchie Davis for baring her hooters in online pics, while Antonella is getting a free pass for getting nearly naked at revered American landmarks. People has the quotage:
I think it’s racist. I do,” said O’Donnell, adding in reference to Davis, “I think it’s because she’s black.”
Regardless of what American Idol does or does not do, the real crime is that Antonella hasn’t been voted off due to the fact that she simply cannot sing. America is clearly blinded by the glare of her headlights.
In related news, Girls Gone Wild horndog Joe Francis is offering Antonella $250,000 to get nasty with scores of nameless strippers posing as college students. TMZ has the scoop on this skanky stupidity:
