via GawkerIt’s true… Jimmy Kimmel not only thinks he’s better than you, he also actually believes that being the next Larry King is something to aspire to. Kimmel demonstrated his new-found earnestness while subbing for King by taking Gawker editor Emily Gould to task for Gawker Stalker, which could have been hilarious if Kimmel had not had the serious stick up his ass. Apparently lil’ Jimmy was upset by a Stalker report that placed him drunk in public, which is completely out of line with the image he cultivated for himself on The Man Show.
Kimmel insinuates that Gould is a bad person for facilitating ridicule of the famous. I guess Jimmy forgot about all those times he donned blackface on The Man Show to make fun of Karl Malone—classy stuff that somehow escaped the wrath of Jesse and Al. Apparently, Kimmel believes that only ordained “entertainers” such as himself are allowed to make fun of celebrities, and that “normal” people need to know their place or risk the wrath of vengeful lawyers, or worse, Lucifer himself.
“I just want you to think about your life, because I would hate to see you arriving in hell and someone sending a text message saying ‘Guess who’s here!’”
Well Jimmy, be a good sport and remove your mouth from Satan’s cock long enough to say hello. Or do you expect Adam Carolla to do all the heavy lifting for you down there as well?
