A judge may rule that Paris Hilton has to go back to jail.When the news broke yesterday about Paris being released from jail, LA city attorney and American hero Rocky Delgadillo called “bullshit” (shortly after I did, thank you) by filing a motion to have Paris sent back to the slammer.
In the documents obtained by TMZ, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is also asking Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing, demanding that the Sheriff’s Department show why it should not be held in contempt of court for violating Judge Sauer’s May 4, 2007 order, which expressly stated “no electronic monitoring.”
The judge granted Rocky’s request for a hearing, and he ordered Paris to appear in court at 9:00 am PDT today.
I bought a 40 oz. for a homeless dude and told him to wait outside the courthouse to see if he could spot Kathy Hilton heading in there to blow plead with the judge, so if that should come to pass, you’ll hear it here first… Unless, of course, he just used me for booze like Mom does.
