Katherine Heigl plays Dr. Izzie Stevens of Grey’s Anatomy, and a lot of people thought she was hot on that show. I use past tense there because after seeing these pictures, it’s clear that Grey’s savvy producers picked her up downtown while she was trying to catch a nap in between panhandling sessions.

I mean, seriously, I could have forgiven her for the snaggletooth just like I forgave Katie-Marie Cork of Page 3 fame… but this, this is just a mockery.
