Spencer Pratt from The HillsSpencer Pratt is some dude on The Hills who looks like a queer chipmunk. He also has the worse sense for public relations since Garry Glitter thought working with kids would help revive his career.
Spencer has decided to start his own petition to save Paris Hilton from jail. You know, the same Paris Hilton who most people despise, and who only managed to attract three people from the entirety of New York City to a rally in her support. That’s right, 3 people, and two of them were homeless guys who were promised they could fight Paris for a shot at a carton of Twinkies. I know what you’re thinking… that lone NYC Paris fan is shameless and should be shot.
Oh, by the way… Spencer is also the guy who convinced Heidi Montag to get a boob job, so he’s not all bad.
